i am on H4 visa and i have hot admission in one of the colleges in U.S. The probelm is that my husband has filed for greeencard recently but it is still in labour stage. do you think that my F1 will be denied, if yes is there a possibility that my H4 may also be cancelled. any information in this regard will be helpful

My question is can I apply for H1 while i am expecting a H4. Actually, my wife's H1 is under process and the same time i have submitted my docs for h4. But my wifes H1's start date is Jan'04 as she is PT period now.

Now i am positive of getting H1 but i have submitted my papers and they said my h4's start date also same as my wife's H1 That is Jan 04.


Any any body suggest me that can i go ahead for H1 even though I have just applied fo rH4.

One more question is While on H4, can I apply for H1, no matter of time, I mean how long you are H4.
