H4 - F1 Visa

Hi,

We are applying for an F1 visa for my wife. I would appreciate if someone could answer a couple of questions.

1) Are we required to send her Original 1-94 in the application packet or does a copy suffice?

2) Do we need to include my H1 information ( I-129) form ? Does it matter to INS that I have applied for the Labor Clearance for GC ?

1) I don't think you need to send original I-94. I did the same for my wife and sent a copy

2) You don't have inform them about GC Labor cert application. But you will have to send your wife's previous visa copies, show some bank statements to show you have enough money that you can support her, a letter of support from you, i think that should be. But sending more docs pertaining to your wife won't hurt.
