Got a question about going from H4->F1->H4
My wife changed her status to F1 while she was on H4 extension(I-797). She subsequently graduated and got her OPT valid until Dec 2006. We have to goto India during May and she plans to come back on H4 since she hasn't found a job yet. Is it risky to stamp H4 while she was originally on H4 and changed her status to F1? Is it better if I change her status back to H4 before going for H4 visa again? What is a good reason if the officer asks why she changed to F1?
