My H1-B extension petition is pending at USCIS and I need to file for H4 extension for wife.
What are the documents that are needed for filing H4 extension ?
Then I-539 instructions lists below:
A. Form I-129 filed for that employee or a copy of the filing receipt noting the petition is pending with USCIS
B. A copy of the employee's Form I-94 or approval notice showing that he or she already been granted status to the period requested on your application; and
C.Evidence of relationship.
I just need to provide A and C but not B (since I didn't get the approval notice yet). Can someone please confirm ?
