H4 extension Processing time in Texas Service Center

I applied H4 extension for my wife on June 20th 2005. I would like to know how much time it takes for H4 extension approval in Texas Service Center.
I need to make an appointment at the US consulate once I know for sure that my approval will arrive at a certain date.

On the site for Processing times, TSC Processing Times , it shows now processing June 13th. Can I assume that the information is correct, or will it take more time than mentioned.

This is important for me, please let me know, if anyone has applied for H4 extension and got approved in this Texas Service Center recently.

Generally Processing times are correct.Current processing time for H4 is 1 month per USCIS TSC chart.I would assume at the most it should not take more than 15 days what is mentioned there.In the past I have applied for my wife and I have got it per the processing times when NO RFE.Good Luck.
