My H1B is expiring in Dec07. I plan to apply for renewal my visa for another 3 years within the next few days. My wife is currently in India (she has H4).
Where should I apply for her H4 extension?
Should I bring her to the US and apply for her visa extension along with mine.
OR
can we get her visa re-stamped in India when my visa renewal is approved in the US
please guide.
