H4 extension for wife

My advocate forgot to file for H4 extension. Her 194 has expired on 31 October
and she has gone to India. Can I get her H4 stamped using my H1B extension
paper in India before she returns to US. Any help is appreciated.

Sure she can get H-4 stamping with your valid H-1 approval. Be prepared to answer any questions if she stayed in US after I-94 expiry.
