H4 extension for my wife

H4 extension for my wife--7th Yr extension

I've completed 18 months on I-485 and will be completing 6 yrs on H1B in Feb04 and was thinking of filing for 7th yr extension. I've not used my EAD but wife has, so my questions are:

1) Will she be eligible for H4 extension too after using her EAD?

2) Since she has used her EAD, will I be denied 7th yr extension even though I'm the primary applicant?
