Hello,
Let us say that, I have been in H4 for 7 years(including 7th year extension) and in the verge of getting my Green Card. Then I switched back to F-1. Officially I have been in USA all these years, just paying visit to my home country now and then, but this is for holidays. Now, If I want to get back to H-1, do I need to take 1 year of home country absence in order to let go off my 7 years max stay in H visas.
Hope someone has an answer to this or atleast some remarks.
