My wife's H4 expired in March 2002.I was under the impression that till i had a valid visa which is till nov 2003, I need not to worry about my wife's h4 and don't need to file for her H4.But i proved to be wrong.I am tryiong to gether infor about how to proceed now. I had talked with lawyer and if INS reject's her h4 now, she may not be able to netre US for three year's.
I would like to know if someone has gone with the same problem and if so what was the outcome and what you did.
