H4 expire for my wife, her EAD is valid, what should I do?

My wife H4 expires in couple of days. She has valid EAD that is valid upto next January (2002). Should I/she fill something in order to use EAD. Do I have to send any forms to INS?

You don\'t have to do anything. EAD is not a status. She will be in Adjustment of status based on her 485 application. If she want to work she can use her EAD.
