what if I stayed in my country for like 7 months? and the GC was approved right after I left the US? will the POE still admit me using my H4 visa back in the US??

I guess their will be problems. Even if some one uses CP he has enter US within six months.
Now days it is not required to go for ADIT stamping after the I-485 approval. So people are talking about mailing green card. I do not know how much valid is that. But before that it was either you have AP or any H or L statuses.

It is mandatory for a PR to live in the US for 183 days per calender year. This seems to be a violation.
