H4 (earlier H1) eligible to apply under PERM

Hi,
I was on H1 for 6 years and switched to H4 in Feb 2004 as spouses Green Card was applied. My old company is ready to sponser my Green Card. Does anyone know if my Labor can be applied under the PERM regulations.

I believe it should be possible since H4 is also a dual-intend visa like H1.
