My wife's H4 EAD expired in June 2024. Unfortunately we missed the H4 EAD renewal deadline( as it was based on my passport date not on H1 date) and she continued working for 3 months( till September) until we realized this situation. So technically she worked for 3 months unauthorized. She is doing part time internship ( 2 days in a week). We have to file my H1 extension ( expiring in Jan 2025) along with her H4 EAD. How should i handle this case?
