H4/EAD question

Our EADs are approved. My wife is on H4 and her H4 visa is valid till 03/05. If she works using her EAD and travels to India without a AP, that is going to be a problem, right? Please confirm what are the possibilities for her to work on EAD and travel to India.

Congratualations... Your EAD approval was very quick. I have been waiting for last 2 weeks. My notice date is 11/15 and I saw for LUD changes for all my applications on 11/22 and 11/23 with no change in status message, since then there is no update.

In your case how the approval went? Did you see LUD changes for all applications for 2 or 3 days before approval?

Is this normal or am I going to get any RFE? Because I see many EAD approvals filed after 11/15...

When she starts working on EAD, she ceases to be in H4 status and becomes AOS pending. I have heard people going back to H4 status by leaving and reentering country on H4. So, if she has valid H4 visa in her passport, she might be able to come back into the country on H4. But I really don't know the risk involved in that. Better get AP before she leaves and than you guys can decide what she should use (AP vs H4) to get back into the country.
