H4-EAD - Did not receive the card, refiled, shall I work with new receipt

Hello Sir,
I have filed H4-EAD last year, it got approved. But we did not received the EAD card.
USCIS unable to find the card and we re-applied for H4-EAD.
Am I allowed to work with the new receipt.
