H4- Dependent Visa

Company A sponsored my H1 and I changed to Company B who have supposedly filed my transfer(I have no receipt #). Finally, Company C has filed my Transfer and awaiting approval. Now the question is , Can I ask my dependents to go for stamping based on the original approved H1 or do i need to wait till this transfer by Company C is approved? Sombody, Please suggest me?
 
H4 - Dependant Visa

You need to wait until you get apprval information on Company C. Based on the cosulate office requirement, you may also provide some proof to show that you are actually maitaining you valid H-1 status. Based on that they would approve /stamp the H4 visa.
