I am getting married this month and am planning to apply for my wife's H4 at Mumbai. A few questions:
How many days after the interview can I expect to recieve the passport and visa? Is it consistently returned within 2 days after the interview? I live in Goa.
What questions does my wife need to be prepared for during the interview?
Does the LCA and I-129 need to be notarized? My company applied for me and sent me copies.. I do not have the originals to get copies notarized.
What is the validity of documents? I recieved my bank statements in the last week of January so they will be around a month old by the time I go for the interview. Will that be a problem?
Does the Mumbai consulate post a list of required documents like the Chennai consulate? I found that the Chennai consulate has documents on its list that were not on the VFS (similar to TT Services) list, e.g., I-129 and LCA.
