H4 appt in Chennai

I'm planning to appear for first-time H4 interview late Jan'04. When do I need to start applying (tgh ttservice) for this in Chennai consulate? Are the dates open for appt for late Jan or early Feb.

Chennai Opened all the Nov and December dates for appointmnets... they will open January Dates in 1 or 2 weeks

So wait for some time and book the appointmnet.

Or else u can just pick any December date and start the appointment process.... and later when ever they opened the Januray Dates...u can modify your interview date to January

thats what my frinds did...
