Recently I did my H1 transfer to another company along with my wife's H4.
H1 and H4 petetions approved. But there is a typo in my wife's last name.
Actually Its my attroney's mistake.whil filing I-539 form.
Her current I-94 expires in Jan'2007. Does this cause her out-of-staus as her name was incorrect.
When I asked my attorney she said this should't cause any problem in future. But I want to know your experiences and any thoughts on it.
