My wife has scheduled for her H4 app interview in Delhi but because of the large queue her appt is many months away.
She will be in Canada on vacation in the next 2 weeks so I thought she could apply for her H4 at an US consulate in Canada.
Does anyone know if this is a valid route? Is there much risk associated with this? For example, could it invalidate her appt in India?
