My wife is planning on a visit to India in March/April. Her H4-visa in the passport is valid till May 05. We both have our EADs and APs approved and have the original AP documents (3) in hand valid till Nov 05. She still did not use her EAD. So, she is still on H4, I assume.
I just want to know if she alone travels and returns, does it pose any issues as the port of entry. The reason is I did not apply for her new H4 document with my new H1. Now when she travels she has my old company's name in the passport. Now, can she travel to India with my H1 documents (old and current), AP and return without any issue?
