My I-140/I-485 are applied concurrently with a PD of May'17. Currently USCIS is processing March.Iam planning togo india and get married and bring my spouse on H-4B visa. I have a question.What if my I-485 gets approved while my spouse is in flight while travelling to USA or after she coming here before she adds to my I-485 processing(because it takes almost 3 weeks before medicals etc.. go thru) ? Is there any legal process if this happens?
If my I-485 gets approved my H1-B is not valid. but since my spouse's H4 is dependent on my H1 what will happen to her visa status?

Thanks a lot unitednations for your answer. Iam going to home to get married next week.Iam worried about case2 that you have listed.Do you know if anyone has gone through case2?
