H4 and I140

I have my I-140 approved and it has just been sent to National Visa Center for consular processing. I am going to India in april to get married and then plaaning to bring my wife here on H4. I am not applying for Visa as I have valid visa until July. But when I apply for her H4, what do I answer for this question "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?"
Obviously, She is not yet included in my green card processing as it is not possible until i get married. But, Since I have applied for immigration visa and she is my wife, is it considered that i have applied for her as well?

Tell the truth...

if no one has applied for her I-140 then she need not check that box. Also H4 is a dual intent status, so the consulate cannot reject the visa to your wife on the basis that she plans to immigrate later..since you applied for an I-140 or 485 or LC.
