I have a valid H1 as well as a EAD ( not switched yet to EAD) and was planning to extend it . Along with that I was planning to get my spouse's H4 extended (in case its needed in the near future - so wen dont have to do it then ) . She is currently working on EAD . What does this extension of H4 do to her status ? Does it mean she is back on H4 and do we have to fill out another I9 ? Could this extension of H4 have any issues with the current EAD ? Looking for some help , please advise .
