H4 and EAD

Hello,

I'm wondering if H4 dependent can get EAD? Someone mentioned that there is waiting period for this, if so how long?

If you both have filed your I-485, yes she can get an EAD. If she is just an H-4 with no I-485 filed she is not eligible for an EAD. Being just an H-4 dependant she CAN NOT WORK.
