H4 and 485 - boundary case problem

Hello PCee and folks!


Please consider this case of mine
( currently H1-B till Oct 2003,
485 pending with WAC-02-034-XXXXX) -

I go to India on November 20.
I marry on December 01.
I get H4 visa for my spouse on December 05.
Meanwhile my 485 gets approved on December 10 in the US.
I return to US on December 15 along with my spouse.

Will I or my spouse face any problem at the Port of Entry - SFO on December 15 when I return to US along with my spouse?


Please let me know your opinion and advise.
