H4 after using AP

My wife was holding H4 visa. This year she went back to China, and came back using Advanced Parole. Do you think her H4 is valid after she used the Advanced Parole. Thank you for your information.

I guess the answer is 'Yes', provided the H4 is still valid AND she has not taken up any job, using her EAD. Confirm with an attorney. Why did she use AP, when she had a H4?

She was F2 before, and switched her status to H4 in USA. That is why she used AP to come back. She didn't use EAD to work.
