On 765 petition (H4 approval) notice valid from date is wrong - should have mm/dd/2008 instead mm/dd/2009 which is in the future.
After interview at Mumbai Consulate received 221(g) stating corrected visa petition is required (not exact word so phrasing close to mean it)
What should be done in this case. Husband has valid H1B stamped, working with same employer for more than 5 years with continuous pay residing in US. Wife is in India trying to come back. 485 applied and 140 appaoved. No EAD or AP. Please advise as there is no such issues found.
