My situation is like this-I came in the US in the middle of june 2006 with J1 student visa.The exparation date of the visa was 10.30.06.That's why the company that was in charge of me and other students with J1 visa here offered us an extention and transfering to H2B.The only thing that we received after we paid the fee for the visa was another I-94 form.With this is releted my first question-did i had to receive not only I-94 but also a visa in my passport like the J1 visa that i have already?
Later on i had do quit the company because of many reasons.After i quit they told me that they cancel my visa-is it possible a visa to be canceled?Any way i'm living the US before that visa expires-if I still have it.So the most important question that i have is-if the company canceled my visa and made troubles for me will i be able to come back to the US soon.For example after six moths by applying for another visa or they already have bad records for me?
