I recently changed jobs and the last we heard from CSC was that I have a WAC no.. for my application.Currently I have a valid VISA from my previous employer that expires only in May 2006 , the question that I need help on is that I might have to go to India for a week , is it safe to travel on this state without the actual I797 or do I need to wait for this.
