My company is preparing my H1B extension doc---. In it it states the minimum job requirement is bachelors---. My labor (form 750 , sec 14) says Maters or equivalent though. Will this be an issue for seeking EB2 classification later on for I485 stage. I can ask my company to change it to Masters ( I do have Masters).
