My company is filling for my H1B1 and my spouses H4 renewal. Please help me with these issues
1. Can the company file I-129 (H1B1 renewal) and I-539 together?
Yes they can be filed together
2. If the answer is yes to no. 1 above, do we have to pay 2 filling fee or just one?
