H1B1 Extn in June2003 ,Want to bring parents..Please advice

My Current H1B1 is expire in JUNE/2003 and I have apply for Extn for 2 years more. I want to bring Parents from India for 3 months, From my presently employer I have H1B1 visa valid for JUNE/1.

Will I get approved to get my parents for 3 months to USA.

What are the documents I should send it to my parents to bring here.

Dear krishna,

Don't worry... I had a similar situation. My H-1 expiring in May, 2003 and I needed my parents to get visas that are valid after May, precisely until October. I sent the paperwork as is in www.immihelp.com. It worked. Good luck.

I solved my issued !
I also got the recepit date from my H1B1 extensions and also my labor approved....:D , I change my plan to bring my parents after i get EAD.......:cool:
