Hi, i would greatly appreciate it if someone could shed light on the following scenario.
I am currently on a H1B1 (the visa for Singaporeans) with Company A. That expired, and i have gotten it extended till March 2008. My Regular H1 which i filed with Company A has also been approved and is effective from October 2006.
If i do a switch to Company B at this point of time, there wouldn't be any issues with the H1B1. But what happens to the regular H1? Do i have to file again with Company B?
Was planning for a trip back to Singapore in Nov to get the regular H1 stamped. If the H1 is also carried forward with Company B, do they have to provide me with new forms to get it stamped when i go back?
