My friend is working in one software company A and he got 2 job offers from 2 big companies B and C and for the first one B ,he asked them to file H1B transfer and for the second one C also , he agreed for the H1B transfer.Now what happens if he does not join in any one company after the H1B transfer is done with both the companies B and C .
