I have 2 fold cases: My h1b xfer was filed in JUL-2002 through company A. My 6 years period is expiring in AUG -2003. The case was filed in VSC. An RFE responsed in DEC2002. Still the online status does not give any decision.
I never ever had any issues in xfer / xtending my earlier 2 h1bs...
I then filed my another H1b xfer based on the eac# through company B in Jan-03. (in boston local/ VSC ) i'm not sure). As the company B had approved LC, in APRIL 03 my 140 application was filed in. I'm now in process of filing 485.
my question to all experts:
1) What if the H1B from A is not approved?
--Will it negate all efforts in company B and I will have to go back in AUG.
2) Where the risks are ?
3) Some more suggestions.
