H1B - Working for old employer

I have an offer letter and I asked this company to do a H1B transfer and this is in process. But now I think i will stick with my old employer itself. Is the new H1B transfer that is in process going to jeopardize my old H1B? Thanks !

It will not. Better yet, ask the 2nd employer if they can withdraw their petition.
