H1B without job.

Hi,

I have come to the USA under H1B, a month ago.

I am still looking for job. I want to know:

1. How long could I stay like this without a job, in H1b?
2. Will this affect my status in anyway?
3. I don't have any pay stubs, as I am not working.

Anybody could advice on this?

USCIS could not defined how long you can stay on H1b without job. Generally you have to start working within 30 days of the time.
