I have asked my lawyer and he was not sure either.
I'm wondering if you submit H1B petition after DOS approval (USCIS has not approved this yet.). Would this expedite processing if USCIS approval of waiver. OR it is just waste of $1,000.
I live in MI, so I think DOS sent approval to Nebraska Or would it go to VT because J1 sponsor is in Maine.
And my job is in ME, so H1B petition will go to VT.
If that is the case, does these two offices commicate with each other.
Another q's re: COS....
If you submit h1b and COS with premium processing, do you get both processed simultaneously? Do you get new I-94's.
