Just found this wonderful site.
I got a question.
I am on valid H1-B visa. I have pending I-485. I have AP but not applied EAD.
Can i leave US and come back with AP and still hold my H1-B status?
I will be still with the current employer.
BTW, i don't have valid H1-B visa stamp on my passport. I changed from F-1 to H1-B within U.S. and it is good for another year.
