I am on H1B and have read some of the questions/answers on this forum. I want to open a website and have a first few questions. Can somebody help?
1. Is opening a personal homepage different from opening a website that will make money thorugh ads? I intend to start a a website in which I can make money by putting ads (google, or from people).
2. Does the website need to be in the same area in which I working with my US employer?
3. Do I need to be registered as an LLC or some other business structure to start a website? If yes, then is it true that I need to hire someone for the maintenance of the website?
I will have more questions and will post them if I see the possibility of starting a website. Thanks.
