I came to US in Novemeber 2004 through Company-A. My H1B visa issued on 20th Oct'2004, valid through Sept'07. I havn't worked in the month of Novemeber and December, and I dont have the W2 for year 2004. But I started working for Company-A, got paystubs from Jan'05. I have W2 for year 2005, will get also for year 2006. Will have any problem in future (while extension) for not having W2 for year 2004. Please advise me, how should I handle this problem. I was not aware of this W2 problem at that time. Thanks.
