I am a physical therpaist planning to work in the state of NY. I have also found a suitable employer but the only problem is that the employer has never filed an H1B for anyone. Is it worth taking a risk of filing a petition with such an employer?
Also I would want to file for my Green card in a few months. Would the documents required by the employer be similar to the ones required for H1?
Can u pls advise me on this issue as I will need to find another suitable employer otherwise?
