I need to travel to India for 2-4 months for personal reasons, I can work for my parent company in India office for this period, but to be rational enough, can I get paid as per India salary compensation, and not equivallent to US $ I'm getting paid here in US, and I'm totally fine with it and understand that.
Does my petitioner have to pay me US salary as per H1B while I'm NOT in USA or they can pay me India salary for the period I'm in India?, Would this casuse any issue at my or employer end.
Please let me know, or should I go for Loss of Pay.
