Hi Everyone,
My H1B application got selected in the last lottery and i've got I129 approval notice but i had a 2 year home country rule when i was in US for my internship on my J1 Visa, i got the NOC from Indian Gov. 2 years back but now i have requested an approval notice from US state gov, which i submitted in January but haven't gotten any updates on my case. Its been 6 months and because of the waiver i can't schedule my H1B Visa interview.
Can anyone help with my situation.
