One of my friends was in the USA as a MS student here and graduated out in December 2004. She was on a H1 which expired the same month. She was a full time student as now a days one can study full time when on a H1.
My question is, is she eligible for the H1B visas which are being issued under the student quota now. She graduated in December 2004 and has been out of USA for a year now as per regulations.
