Please help with your advice.
My fiancee has been working in the US on H1B since 2001. She had to go on an extended vacation starting Jan 2005 for 6 months to India. She went only with the approval of her current employer and was planning to return back to work in Mid July. Couple of days back, her employer called up and informed that they are terminating her employment.
Now, another company is willing to do her H1B transfer. What are the options for her now? Can she come to USA with just the new H1B approval notice or does she needs to get her visa stamped in India before coming back. Her current visa is still valid 2007.
