I have my H1B visa sponsored by an Indian company A valid till Aug 2010.
I worked in the US on H1 in 2006 and then I went back to India.
I was working at a company A in India till March 2008.
Company A was not able to give me an opportunity in US so I came to US on H4 visa with my husband.
I have taken a long leave from company A so I still have my H1B intact.
Now its been 4 months that I am on H4 and company A still does not have any opportunity for me.
Will it be possible for me to get my H1 transfer done?
I do not have US payslips but I have payslips till April 2008 and also my US payslips from my previous visit in 2006. I am still employed by company A and am on a long leave. Will that help?
Please help me out as if it is not possible to transfer I would have to put pressure on company A to give me an opportunity here ASAP.
