Hi,
My original H1B was processed with Company A which was approved till March 2007. Later I moved to Company B and transfered my visa and got it extended till September 2008. Now I am planning to move back to Company A. Company A did NOT cancel my original visa.
Can I do a visa transfer while I am out of USA?
Do I need to transfer the visa or the original visa approved for Company A still valid?
I need to figure this puzzle in next 2 days. Please reply ASAP.
